How to create an email account in Virtualmin

Virtualmin do not provide the direct method of creating email accounts. To create a new email account you need to add a new user. Below are article will guide you how to create an email account in virtualmin.

1. Log into your virtualmin account.
2. First choose the domain name under which you want to create a new mail account from top left drop down menu.
3. Click the Edit Users.
4. Click Add a User to this server.
4. Now enter the required information to create a new email account like, full name, email address and password.
5. Click Create button to add create new email account under your domain.

Please note it will also create a linux user as well. To increase the security of the system you can disable its shell type to noshell.
