From the control panel, you can stop using the Services or cancel them. If you stop using the Services, you are still responsible for paying any fees or charges that accumulated before the cancellation took effect. If you ask for the suspension or cancellation of your customer account, you won't be able to access the control panel, renew your products or services, or change your account information. To use the purchased Services, however, you must wait until the end of your prepaid term.
Please be aware that we will continue to process any pending orders on your account as long as your Advance Account has enough money to cover the charges if you have any at the time you cancel your account. Orders that we are unable to complete will have their charges reversed, and we reserve the right to cancel them.
Within thirty (30) days of processing an order, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel it. In this situation, we will reimburse the order fees.
